At Real Health, quality is important. Every order is made fresh from locally sourced produce which is then pressed or blended and blast frozen to lock in all the good stuff. We provide you with delicious, nutritious and fresh products – delivered to your door.
Please read the product use instructions:
- Our products are sold and shipped frozen and keep for up to 2 months in the freezer.
- It is best when they are defrosted fully before being served.
- To defrost, simply take them out of the freezer the night before, pop in the fridge and drink the next day. Defrosting in the fridge can take about 12 hours.
- If they are not fully defrosted, remove them from the fridge place it in water until defrosted
- Give them a good shake because products naturally separate, drink and enjoy!
- Once defrosted, they must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
Products are delivered in double-walled insulated boxes so that they remain frozen for approx. 6 hours (out of direct sunlight). On receipt of products, place directly in a freezer and keep frozen until required.
We take no responsibility for products that have soured due to thawing and refreezing. or from incorrect product use.
We make every order fresh – please allow 3-7 working days from order receipt to delivery.
Please ensure the correct contact details and shipping address is provided.
An email will be sent out regarding the delivery date and address. Please notify us within 24 hours should you need to change the delivery date or address. If you do not respond within this time, we take it that you have agreed to the date.
If a customer accepts the delivery date and is not available at the address on that date, we may charge an additional delivery fee to re-deliver. We accept no responsibility if products have defrosted or spoilt as a result of delivery not being accepted on the agreed date.

No delivery is made on weekends and public holidays – if your delivery date falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.
We offer free delivery on all online orders over R 1 000,00.
Should your package get lost or damaged, please notify us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 032 648 0059 during office hours (08h00 – 16h00).
Include your name, contact details and order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
We will either re-deliver or replace your package within 7 days, depending on your location.
Should you be located within the Ballito/North Coast area, you are welcome to collect your order from our Factory Shop when it is ready!
Simply select the “Collect” option when placing your order and we will contact you via email to confirm your collection date.
If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the full value of the products that you are not satisfied with.
To process your returns, simply send an email to email@example.com within 5 days of the date of delivery. Please include:
- your email order confirmation or order number
- the batch number(s) and expiry date(s) of each product that you would like refunded
- the reason why the products didn’t meet your expectations
We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
Should you change your mind about your purchase, simply reply to your order confirmation email within 12 hours with an instruction to cancel your order.
Cancellation of orders will incur a 15% administration fee and may take up to 30 days to process (depending on the payment method used).
Orders cancelled after 12 hours will not be refunded.
Real Health shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA can be viewed here.
Payments may be made using Visa and Mastercard (via the PayGate payment gateway) or using Zapper directly to Real Health. Payment is processed at checkout but banking details can be provided on request – contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Card transactions will be acquired for Real Health via PayGate (Pty) Ltd which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on the website.
Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Real Health separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).
Real Health takes full responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction process, namely the sales of goods and services sold on the website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
The website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Real Health chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Real Health may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Real Health is a subsidiary of NutriVita Pty Ltd ( Reg No. 2017/208314/07) and is run by ML Machado and X England as the company directors.
